Project # 9a Timetoast - Then and Now

  1. Hi Nicole,

Your blog looks fantastic! Great work! I am your C4C blogger this week. I enjoyed your timetoast presentation! Wow, you're ahead of the game on your assignments. I noticed you attended ASCC in 2008. I was born and raised in Monroeville! That makes twice in one week that I've been connected to former Monroe Countians via blog assignments...small world. Our family moved to Fairhope almost 11 years ago and I have a daughter, Anna, who is your age. I've been working toward a career in education for quite a long time now...family came 1st. How many classes are you taking this term? Are you enjoying them?

  2. Thanks Amanda! I too was born and raised in Monroeville. Most people have no idea where it is, but I'm glad I've connected with someone who knows the area. I am taking 15hrs. this semester, and I am ready for this semester to be over. Some classes are okay and others are no fun. Good luck with your classes!

  3. Hey there, Nicole! I just posted a comment to your Blog Post #4. I can sympathize with you about your class load. I'm taking 12 hours and that's enough for me with work and family. I'll tell you what a close friend of mine told me when she was finishing her MA degree and I tell myself this every day..."We are on a path to the goal and each day we are one step closer!" Hang in there...it will all be worth it when you stand before your first class of students to "teach!" Just keep visualizing that. I do!
